Joe Eiselt is one of the three proud founders of Campfire Consulting LLC. Since elementary school, Joe knew he wanted to be a part of an industry that made others’ lives better. In this pursuit, Joe obtained an undergraduate degree in Business Administration before entering a doctoral program for Physical Therapy at Marquette University. Summer camp had always been an enormous part of Joe’s life, so he started Campfire Consulting as a project with his lifelong camp friends, McKenzie Beeby and Ryan Princer. However, having been a proud “big brother” in the Milwaukee Big Brother Big Sister organization for 5 years, Joe’s priorities shifted. He soon left his Physical Therapy program to pursue Campfire full time, to help camps change children’s lives, the same way he was changed.
Joe and his co-founders envisioned a company with the primary objective of helping summer camps succeed. They wanted to be a resource that camps could lean on to maximize their impact on youth development. Joe combines his business degree, finance freelance, and marketing experience with his passion for an industry that creates better futures for millions of children. Joe knows how camp transformed his own life and wants to enable camps to do the same for others for generations to come.
